Admissions - Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church & School

Greetings and God's Blessings! At Peace Lutheran we believe a solid family-school relationship is essential for a child to reach his or her absolute potential. We strive to build the foundation of that relationship early, even throughout the application process. I am eager to learn more about the needs and desires of your family, and also to share more about what may make our school the right fit for your child.

If you have any questions on our enrollment process or on our school in general, please do not hesitate to stop by or contact our school. I truly look forward to meeting you soon.

In Christ,
Kyle Raymond, Principal

Peace Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

The following are age requirements for enrollment:

  • To enter our K3 program, children must be three years old on or before September 1st.
  • To enter our K4 program, children must be four years old on or before September 1st.
  • To enter our Kindergarten program, children must be five years old on or before September 1st.

Peace Lutheran School will enroll children in five categories on the following priority basis: Children of members of Peace Lutheran Church, children of families who are currently enrolled, children of families who are currently enrolled, children of members of sister congregations of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, and children from families who are members of other churches.

Primarily we exist to serve our congregation's children as well as children of the community with no Christian church home. We do, however accept children and families who are active in other Christian churches. Our priorities are not intended to offend members and active participants of other Christian denominations. We are glad they are under the care of a church home. Yet, since there can be differences in teachings, we don't want to cause confusion for the children or undermine the efforts of the child's home or church's clergy. During the enrollment procedures, the principal and pastor, at their respective visits, will discuss this topic thoroughly to assist parents with deciding what is best for their children.

If there is no spot open because the classroom limit has been reached, the applicant family may ask to be placed on a waiting list in the event an opening occurs.
